Truck Technician: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a skilled truck technician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on company trucks and trailers
Inspect vehicles for safety compliance and repair needs
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is ready for service

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Truck Technician or in a similar role
Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of trucks and trailers
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues
Experience with electrical systems, engines, and drivetrains
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounts payable clerk to join our finance team in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify invoices for accuracy and reconcile supplier statements
Match, batch, and code invoices for processing
Enter accounts payable data into finance software
Process EFT/cheque payments as needed
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Accounts payable experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of accounting procedures and Microsoft Dynamics GP (asset)
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience in the transportation industry (asset)

Planner/Dispatcher – Full-Time, Permanent

The planner/dispatcher is responsible for overseeing daily trucking operations, ensuring strong driver relations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Use dispatch software to plan and organize driver schedules
Coordinate maintenance with the service department
Handle customer order requests and driver time-off requests
Address driver concerns, including load refusals and safety issues
Communicate with cross-dock staff on inbound/outbound loads
Collaborate with operations teams to manage last-minute changes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous dispatch experience in transportation
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of GTA and surrounding areas
Understanding of highway safety regulations
