2016 was a busy year for Trans-Frt McNamara. We continually invest in cutting edge technologies and strive to use the best available tools to provide the best customer service in the industry. In 2016 we rolled out a Voice-Over-IP telephone system fully integrated into our McLeod LoadMaster dispatch system. We also redesigned our online portal which provides customers the ability to track and trace loads, view aged receivables, document retrieval and much more. Through the online portal our partner carriers also have the ability to view loads, list their available equipment, view settlement reporting and much more.
At Trans-Frt McNamara we pride ourselves in keeping one of the most modern fleets on the road. We are always keeping up with the latest advancements in trucking equipment and technology. We pride ourselves in keeping one of the most modern fleets on the road. 2016 we went through a significant fleet refresh, taking delivery on 2017 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution. The Cascadia Evolution builds on the technologies of Freightliner’s previous on-highway truck models—engine efficiency, advanced aerodynamics, fleet management tools—to deliver up to a 7% increase in fuel economy over Freightliner’s first-generation EPA 2010-compliant Cascadia model. In regards to the new trucks, the feedback from our Drivers was full of praise.
Lastly 2016 brought us a completely redesigned www.transfrt.com website. We focused on bringing a modern website with easily accessible information about our company and services offered. The new design also allows for streamlined menus, clear navigation, and a responsive layout for all platforms so that it is accessible by any device and screen size of your choosing.
In addition to company marketing information, the website includes a Customer & Carrier Online Portal and an Employee Portal.
